Product Introduction

The BMC/Bakelite plastic molding machine is an industrial equipment specifically designed for the molding of thermosetting plastics. It causes irreversible cross-linking reactions of materials within the mold through high pressure and high temperature. This equipment is mainly divided into two types: BMC and Bakelite. Its core functions include raw material measurement, hot pressing curing and demolding forming. Its technical features are manifested as follows: it adopts a hydraulic or electric drive system, is equipped with a precise temperature control module, and has an exhaust gas treatment device to deal with the volatile substances produced during the processing of phenolic resin. It is typically applied in the production of plastic products with high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength, such as electrical insulating parts and automotive components.
